Dear Peter,

Sorry for the late response. I'll review it and upload it soon. Btw
for packaging into the main and universe repositories you can install
the packaging-guide package on quantal and later

sudo apt-get install packaging-guide

or you can grab a copy online at:

http://developer.ubuntu.com/packaging/html/
