This seems like it's not pulling in the data from MyApps for this app,
 but only from extras.  Or possibly it's finding it on both places, but
 the data from extras is taking precedence.  I've filed bug #1010655 to
 track this issue.

Yes, currently the only icon size that USC is fetching is the 64x64px
 one, we should fix this at some point.

Yes, I think that's reasonable.  For MyApps we have a plan to notify
 the Apps Directory so that newly published apps get pulled in
 immediately, that should happen over the next couple of months; once
 we have a task queue with something like Celery it could provide an
 authenticated API to update app data on demand. It would be great to
 find some mechanism we could use to do the same for extras or the main
 archive even.

Added to bug #1010655.  Sorry this went wrong in so many different
 ways, we'll get it sorted soon.
