I removed the extra lines in control, and added a debian/source/format with
'3.0 (native)' which I hope was included in the package correctly.

Just so I know how to do it better in the future, what were you running
lintian on last time that gave you the duplicate control entry warnings?

The new version should be on launchpad and in the ppa.
