I fixed the install location for your app from /opt/gnome-modemmanager/ to /opt/extras.ubuntu.com/gnome-modem-manager/ per the extras repository requirements.  This required changes to your app's source code.  I also made changes to your packaging files to fix lintian and arb-lint warnings.

You should apply these changes to your main code branch to they won't need to be re-applied on future submissions.
