A few issues remain:
 - The debian/copyright file needs to be fixed to be something along the lines of http://dep.debian.net/deps/dep5/ - "Example 4. Complex".
 - debian/control mentions "George Czabania" as maintainer.

Still this error remains when trying to log in - the app does not work for me.
