Proposal: setting up an arb-helpers team

Hello,

I'd like to officially express my willing to contribute to ARB and somehow
help you with whatever is needed.
I've joined the ~ubuntu-app-review-contributors team on Launchpad, as
discussed on this thread, and would be happy to know what help may be
needed here, and what next steps shall I take.
I have been following the ARB project since few months so I hope I am not a
complete rookie, as I understand how does this project work. However, note
that I am not (yet) an Ubuntu Member.
Depending on how would I contribute, I might even be willing to consider
donating a constant amount of worktime/week.
I'm looking forward to your proposals concerning my involvement.

I do am aware you have asked the CC  to back off till the end of March, yet
I am an unaffiliated contributor. Though if you want to continue working on
your own, I can wait till April, just let me know in case you prefer so.
