Yes, Quickly overwrites the packaging control files every time a
packaging command is issued (package, share, release or submitubuntu).

If the packaging files need to be changed manually, you can follow this
quick guide:

Looking at https://code.launchpad.net/lightread, I assume the branch
you'd want the ARB to review is:

If so, does it address the issues pointed out on the previous e-mail and
is it ready for the ARB to review?
