Also added a GDM and fixed the SVG output so that
it all can be rendered purely with GNOME.  It might
be noted that the original "Official" SVG pill logo
will _not_ render correctly in GNOME.  GNOME finds
something unfortunate with the XML syntax.  
Import and export it in Inkscape as a 'PLAIN
SVG' to repair the XML.


CHANGELOG:
  * Repaired SVG for all work so that GNOME properly
    renders them and the entire work is kept to a 
    minimum file size.  No more PNGs across the board.
  * Adjusted logo to reflect Who's basic design with
    the sabdfl removal of border.
  * Adjusted GDM as closely to the sabdfl request as
    possible given current information.  Developed with
    the simplest suggestion for dealing with the lower
    block text -- "behind" the GDM drop.
  * Created test tarball for GDM to install via 
    dragging in the logon manager GUI.
  * All work uses proper hues from the lsplash in 
    Dapper.
