iputils (3:20161105-1ubuntu1) zesty; urgency=low

  * Merge from Debian unstable.
  * Fixes ping -I support.  LP: #1646956.
  * Remaining changes:
    - Support cross-building
    - Mark ping and ping6, arping, tracepath, and clockdiff setuid again as
      there's currently no good way to have capabilities be kept in all our
      images.

iputils (3:20161105-1) unstable; urgency=medium

  * New upstream release (Closes: #819204, #825754)
  * Merge IPv6 support into tracepath, drop tracepath6 binary.
  * Set debhelper compat level to 9
  * Bump standards version to 3.9.8 (no changes needed).
  * Switch to opensp for docbook processing (Closes: #837064)
  * Fix issue with UDP destination port management in
    traceroute6. (Closes: #843264)
  * Explicitly build-depend on libidn11-dev
