  * New upstream release
    - Drop obsolete patches and update the rest
    - Update d/copyright for removed and new files and new years
    - Recreate d/s/timestamps because of new upstream
  * New fpc packages go into fp-units-fcl and fp-units-net
  * Add fix_tests_for_make_print_directory.patch to fix test suite
  * [tests] Update reference files
