  * Update spelling-errors.patch to fix additional typos.
  * Reinstate MySQL/MariaDB support, mariadb-10.0 available on mips64el now.
    Changes:
    - Add default-libmysqlclient-dev (build) dependency
    - Add --with-mysql configure option
    - Add RegisterOGRMySQL at Base symbol
