zeromq3 (4.2.0-2ubuntu0.16.10) yakkety; urgency=low

  * Backport to yakkety to not leave the series with a snapshot-based release
    (LP: #1645308)
  * Merge from Debian unstable.  Remaining changes:
    - debian/patches/no-hardcoded-port-in-tests.patch: never use hard-
      coded local port numbers in tests.
    - Enforce the test suite instead of ignoring test failures, as requested
      by the MIR Team.
  * debian/libzmq5.symbols:
    - Modify symbols files to take into consideration those symbols that were
      already present in our snapshot-based release (4.1.5+git20160811+2fc86bc)
  * debian/patches/no-hardcoded-port-in-tests.patch:
    - Temporarily disable multi_connect tests from test_reqrep_tcp as even with
      non-hardcoded port numbers those can hang and time out.
