  * Bump Build-Depends on libglib2.0-dev to (>= 2.32.0) as per configure.ac.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8.
  * Revert upstream commits which require a newer freerdp. The version
    currently shipped in Debian is too old and doesn't provide
    freerdp_get_last_error(), see #821125.
  * Convert from cdbs to dh.
  * Bump debhelper compat level to 10.
