ossim (1.8.20.3+ds-3) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Team upload.
  * Update Vcs-Git URL to use HTTPS.
  * Add Breaks/Replaces on libossim1v5 to deal with uncoordinated Ubuntu
    changes for g++5 ABI transition.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8, no changes.
  * Enable all hardening buildflags.
  * Add patch to fix spelling errors.
