* Merge with Debian; remaining changes:
- Build from upstream sources.
gcc-5 (5.4.0-6) unstable; urgency=medium
* Fix gdc cross build.
* Disable the AArch64 Vulcan cpu support for FSF builds, needs a proper
back port.
