  * new upstream release: Closes: #623464, #641855
  * update watch file
  * set source format to 3.0 (quilt) in debian/source/format
  * remove Debian menu support, per Debian Policy 3.9.8
  * update debian/control:
    * fix old Vcs-*
    * update Uploader email address
    * remove DM-Upload-Allowed as it is obsolete
    * update homepage
    * update Standards-Version
    * update Build-Depends based on upstream switch from gvfs to glib
    * take out initial 'A' in short description
  * update debian/rules:
    * move to dh sequencer
    * added .docs, .install, .manpages for installation
    * pass hardened CFLAGS/LDFLAGS 
  * added patches/fix_build_cflags.diff to fix build system to take CFLAGS
  * update debian/copyright:
    * conform with 1.0 format
    * remove debian/* copyright, unneeded
