  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.8
  * drop obsolete boost compatibility patch
  * Silence two (in our case harmless) warnings for gcc-6 that trigger in
    debug assertions
  * Build-depend on unversioned Boost packages (Closes: #833759)
