have made an update and installing gimp 2.10-14 on my xubuntu 18.04<br>

no possibilty to make a stroke of the brush, no magic wand, no lasso<br>

the selectivity circle stucks and nothing happens.<br>

But reinstalling gimp 2.8 brings back all the missing functions.<br>

Has anyone made same or similar experiences with gimp 2.10-14 ?<br>
