If that feature is also called "dwell-click" you may be able to
disable it like this:<br>
<br>
open a terminal and install dconf-editor<br>
sudo apt-get install dconf-editor<br>
<br>
launch dconf-editor<br>
<br>
browse to: org->gnome->desktop->a11y->mouse<br>
uncheck dwell-click-enabled<br>
select: dconf editor->quit<br>
<br>
May need to log out, then back in.<br>

I have also just recently looked into the suggestion (Talmoor A
and V Forberger), i.e
Change the focus setting of the Windows tab from "Focus follows
mouse" to "Click to focus". Unfortunately the Focus setting right
now of my system is already "Click to focus".
