Xubuntu 14.10 - clean install using Disk encryption with LVM<br>

On boot up the Crypt_sda5 is mounted correctly, but then I get this:<br>

I press "S" and everything boots normally.<br>
My question is, what is "2" and how do I correct this?<br>
