I'm trying to install the <a
href="http://registry.gimp.org/node/13016" target="_blank">noise
generator plugin</a> for GIMP 2.8.4 and when i'm typing<br>

I installed noise generator and other plugins several times before
on previous versions of Xubuntu and Ubuntu without any problem.<br>

Does anybody know, what is wrong?<br>
