Xubuntu is on a collision course with the rest of Ubuntu. Whenever
there's some issue with the usual 'Ubuntu knows what's best for you', the
answer should be 'Do it the XFCE way. Namely: Simple.

I prefer another distro nowadays, but Xubuntu and Ubuntu Studio try to
provide a good mixture of the KISS principle and flashy, modern, insane
desktop insanity. I still install Xubuntu/Ubuntu Studio, but I'm pissed
off regarding of some parts of their policy, that's why my all-day Linux
is another Linux.
C'mon girls and boys from the devel teams, you know better, aren't
you ;).
