Me:<br>
<br>
I only get digests, not individual e-mails (in case it seems like I
don't respond right away).<br>
<br>
The commands I used were as follows:<br>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><code>sudo apt-get remove --purge
alsa-base pulseaudio</code></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><code>sudo apt-get install alsa-base
pulseaudio</code></p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Then I forced a reload:<br>
</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;"><code>sudo alsa force-reload</code></p>
I still didn't get any sound. That's when I reviewed what had been
removed, then reinstalled those components as well. In the interest
of *full* disclosure, I use Voyager 13.04 (a dandied up Xubuntu).
This *might* have had something to do with why some of my
configuration files were run over. In the meantime, evewrything is
working as it should.<br>
<br>
I *do* have this one question though: <br>
<br>
It seems that the latest update removed the option to adjust
color/saturation when assigning desktop wallpaper. Has then in fact
been removed, or just moved elsewhere?<br>
<br>
That was a nice feature.<br>
