I don't use Chrome much, I guess more because I'm used to the
Firefox

interface. But, I give Chrome a quick whirl, messed with it,
looked for
<br>
an easy to configure preferences for apps to have it send pdf
files to

pdf viewer, didn't find it right off, installed the extension
and it

handed me to google docs. That was an epic fail in my case, as
I've been

at this long time and nothing was "obvious" to me. No, I didn't
google

for the answer as it would be a design flaw if I had to. My two
cents. Ric

I second your two cents. I don't use Chrome much either, and if
behaved for me as it did for you, I'd can it. Firefox works,
that's about as far as it needs to go for me. This discussion made
me curious, so I checked it out since I already had it installed
and use it every now and then (like when I want to be sure the
coding for a few web sites I maintain is rendering the same in
across *nix browsers; I also have Web, Midori and Opera installed
for that reason). I'm just curious as to why I'm not having the
problem with Chrome which others are having. If I knew, I would
contribute the reason, but I don't know, so I just thought I would
report that it works for me - perhaps giving the hope that the
problem can be corrected. I like Xubuntu enough that I'd can
Firefox if Chrome did not work with it. (That's the two cents of
an old Blue Ridge Mountains hillbilly who likes things as simple
as they can be.)
