I'm a new arrival at xfce and xubuntu. I'm fooling with keyboard shortcuts in vim, and having some trouble understanding what's going on. I do understand the principles or I think I do, it's details that continue to hold me back. Partly, it's all the layers. What says that F1 gets me to help? M-F2 to one-line commands? C-F1 to the upperleft workspace? (well that last one seems obvious) To what extent can I override these, and how permanently. Can someone remind me the utility that catches keycodes, so I can figure out what S-C-M-F9 is actually sending?
