into synaptic and search for a 'samba browser' or 'smb browser' that
will mount your windows shares. Then you can see them in

I use pyNeighborhood quite successfully. I also have Webmin
installed and have used it to set my Samba shares permanently so that
they connect automatically. They now appear in the 'Places' menu
whenever I start up.<br>
