That site is mainly going to show who is aware the site exists, I know ALOT of Ubuntu users who will probably never vote on that site because they don't know its there and same for the handful of Xubuntu users I have encountered. The thing is that since the *buntu community has reached out to the end user who doesn't care to be involved with any part of the distro other than to use it, then polls like this can never truly be accurate.
