If you can wait until next month's release, the installer will also<br>have the option of installing to your windows partition, guaranteeing<br>no data loss since the Xubuntu system will just be a disk image file<br>in your old partition.

I'd go for partition resizing. Though you might still want to wait for Feisty because it can import you Windows settings.
