sudo aptitude install flashplayer-mozilla ... that installed flash 9 from the edgy repos on my 32-bit machines (still using gnash on 64-bit machines while i wait for the people at flash to get with the times)<br><br>and yes, automatix is horrible for upgrades, its a cool project with interesting ideas, but i don't recommend it for stability reasons

I've heard some bad things about Automatix, and how it can cause problems when you go to do upgrades. (this coming from a kubuntu developer . . .). Glad to hear that you found a fix, though.<br><br><div><span class="q">
