[xubuntu-users] I have an operational request - to use the Win 98 style Capitalised and Underlined first letters in the menu names.

You might want to open a bug on the XFCE bug tracker.

If memory serves, feature requests can also go there, and this counts as a
feature request. Plus, why keep this kind of feature to one distro?
