[xubuntu-users] Restoring a saved panel layout from a script

If I remember correctly it's:

~/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml

and

/etc/xdg/xfce4/panel/default.xml

But I could be wrong.
