The only places I know of:

/home/[USER]/.config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-panel.xml

In this XML-File you fill find the configuration of the panels and the
positions of every plugin



home/mih/.config/xfce4/panel/

Here you find the coniguration of evry plugin



/home/mih/.local/share/xfce4-panel-profiles/

This i the place where your Backups are stored.
