[xubuntu-users] Wine is not in Menu

I can't speak for a default Xubuntu. I even don't know what menu is used
by default. For my 16.04 *ubuntu install I didn't notice this problem
with "systemmenu" of fbpanel, at least not for the few apps I've got
installed. Did you use another menu for xfce4-panel?

IOW happens the same issue for "applicationsmenu" and "whiskermenu"?
Apart from those two menus, there might be also other menus
available for xfce4-panel. You even could replace xfce4-panel
completely by another panel.
