[xubuntu-users] Unable to access a Smart Card

Hi,

I am using Xubunutu 14.10 and trying to store data on a Fujifilm 2GB
Smart Card.

The first time I used it it worked fine and I added some music files to
it. Subsequently whenever I try to do anything - add more files, create
directories etc I cannot do so. It reports that it is read only. I have
tried opening the permissions and using Nemo as root but the answer is
the same.

What has happened since the first time I used it and how can I correct this?
