[xubuntu-users] Jammed print queue

Help!
Recently my printer experienced a paper jam.  I have cleared the jam and 
the printer works fine on two WINDOWS PC's.  But wnen I try to print 
from my XUBUNTU PC I get the message "Printer job was not accepted."  It 
seems that there should be a way to let the PC know that the rejected 
job can be flushed from the queue or actually sent to a now receptive 
printer.
