[xubuntu-users] garmin satnav updates

When you add maps via the SD card, they are additional maps available for
the unit.  This will not mess with maps in the memory of the unit.

There are no universal rules between devices and manufacturers.  Generally
the older the unit the more quirks and limitations you will run into.
