[xubuntu-users] How to make keyring ask for passphrase on command line?

I want to make the gnome keyring ask for my ssh passphrase on the
command line rather than with a pop-up.  It does this by default with
a non-GUI terminal but I want to do the same when running on my GUI
desktop too.
