MOPAC2012.exe is a program, isn't it? Then this line

should read
LD_LIBRARY_PATH="/opt/mopac:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH"
or better
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/opt/mopac

 > export LD_LIBRARY_PATH
This is not necessary as far as I know.
What's in /opt/mopac?
