[xubuntu-users] Change How a File Deletes

if the partition in which you are trying to delete the files is not one of
the default linux formats (ext4 for example) it might not have the correct
.trash directory where to send the files, so it might not have the "send to
trash" option, see if the option is available on your home dir, it should.
