[xubuntu-users] [14.04 64Bit]-New Install:Monitor Keeps Turning Off?

sudo apt-get updates && sudo apt-get -y remove light-locker

or

sudo dpkg -r light-locker

'purge' in apt-get and --purge in dpkg might remove too many 
dependencies shared with other programs.
