[xubuntu-users] [14.04 64Bit]-New Install:Monitor Keeps Turning Off?

Hi,
Yes, I turned off all power saving options in LCD monitor settings
but the screen still turns black and LCD monitor light stays lit now?
Could there be a setting in the computer's BIOS for this?
