That assumes the first session is accessable. XScreenSaver can lock the
screen after a defined time, so accessing the first session isn't possible
without logging back into it.
If there's a system command that XScreenSaver can issue to create a new
user session, then that command needs to be in the XScreenSaver config
file for the newLoginCommand option to execute.
