[xubuntu-users] Generating SSL certificates

Hello,

First of all, sorry if this is a duplicate, I have had some issues with
my mailer. Second and most important, I have some need to generate SSL
certificates for purposes I do not deem useful to share. At any rate,
should I use OpenSSL, LibreSSL, or something else that I do not know by
name at this time? What would you recommend?
