[xubuntu-users] Install to Mirrored Disks

Hi All,

I had cause to install Oracle Enterprise Linux 6.6 (based on RedHat) to
a machine with a pair of identical disks, and the installer let me set
them up as a mirrored pair.

I tried to do the same with Xubuntu, but the installer doesn't have that
option.

How can I install (X?)ubuntu on a mirrored pair?
