I think he's asking about using the 'Super' Key on the upstroke like
other DE's, namely Windows, Unity, Gnome.  In windows, for example, you
can hold the super key all day long, and it won't activate until you
let go or hit another key combo, like super+L for screen lock.

Xubuntu (or XFCE I suppose) treats the super key as a modifier correct?
I always get that messed up. But I do know in its current config it uses
the downstroke. So if you set the super key to open Whisker, when you
try to open Files (super F) or Terminal (super T), etc, then you'll get
whisker menu first.

So...how do you set the 'Super' key to act like...say...windows?  Is it
even possible?
