[xubuntu-users] 14.04 Upgrade problems

I have an Nvidia optimus 610m video adapter. Normally I would have no
issue with a clean install, however I need to get my files backed up and
don't know how to copy them from the command line to either a usb or CD.
I did not disable ppas.
