[xubuntu-users] MS hotmail smtp server stopped working in 14.04 with repository stunnel

Get a server closed connection when I try to use stunnel connection to
the ms live.com smtp server. Used to work but have not used in a month
or so.
tried adding sslVersion = all
no change.
