[xubuntu-users] Xubuntu 12.04.4 LTS comes with the wrong kernel version

Xubuntu did not receive Hardware Enablement stacks for the 12.04 series.  Backports and Stable Release Updates as well as security fixes are included on 12.04.4's disc image.  The 12.04.4 image does differ from 12.04 in material ways.
