[xubuntu-users] Printer Problems with 14.10

Ever since I have updated to Xubuntu 14.10 I have continued to have
printer problems. I can set the printer up fine and things work OK but
periodically the tick box "Enabled" in Policies|State gets unticked and
the print routine reports the printer disconnected.

Now that I know what the problem is I can go back and re-tick Enabled
but it is annoying to have to keep on doing so. Does anyone know a fix
to this problem?

For the record the printer is a Samsung ML-2850D.
