[xubuntu-users] 14.10, keyboard map seems wrong for GUI login

PS:

I wonder when the below script gets executed by lightdm.

1. After a user is selected by the greeter, so that keyboard settings
   are activated for the login?
2. After login, so that keyboard settings are not available for the
   login.

And how is it handled by other display managers?
